All spa pillow, spa cover and spa jacket orders will be shipped FREE of charge within the contiguous United States and most of Canada. Exclusions to free shipping are Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other US territories. In the event you reside in an excluded region listed above, please contact a MTT shipping specialist at email@example.com to receive additional shipping requirements.
All spa covers and spa jackets are custom ordered products, therefore these items should be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 weeks from the date that your order is accepted (delivery times vary based on seasonal volume). Spa covers and spa jackets are delivered Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
Your hot tub cover and/or spa jacket will be delivered by UPS or same-day courier ground. Your order will be assigned a tracking number to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment. This information will be sent to the email address you provide when placing your order.
Please note: If you have SPAM protection on your email account, you may not receive the order tracking email, or the email could be delivered to your junk mail box. Please check your junk mail folder in the event you do not receive an e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, please discuss delivery arrangements with the carrier directly, as it becomes the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the product.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before production by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org . There will be a cancellation fee charge of $50.00. If your order is in the process of being manufactured or is completed, the full value of your order will be charged and delivery will continue. We are sorry, but spa covers and spa jackets are custom ordered, once production begins, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the product to you in a timely manner without damage. All issues concerning delivery must be communicated with the appropriate carrier.
Your NEW My Team Tub spa cover or spa jacket is custom-built to your hot tub or spa’s unique specifications. Due to the custom nature of each sale, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of any kind. In the event that you experience issues or concerns with your purchase, you may contact our office within 30 days of receipt of the product, at email@example.com and we will help you the best way we can.
MTT takes great care to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, or in some way defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the receipt of your product(s) to obtain assistance on how to resolve the issue(s). All products must be inspected upon delivery and any damages MUST be noted on the carrier waybill. Any goods without damage noted on the waybill will be treated as free and clear, and no claim will be warranted.

My Team Tub Ltd. ships from both Canada and the United States, therefore, we ship directly to you from your respective country to eliminate any additional tariffs, taxes or duties.
